Kelsey Harris, PT, DPT, CSRS, CNS

CEO and Founder

NeuroAxis Rehabilitation Services

This webinar explores how an outpatient neurorehabilitation program integrated Vivistim Paired VNS™ Therapy into its existing, outcomes-driven stroke rehab approach, with practical insights on documentation, program awareness, and outcome tracking.

Topics for Discussed

  • Overview of Vivistim Paired VNS Therapy and clinical rationale for integrating it into an established neurorehabilitation model
  • Documentation strategies
  • Program awareness and referral-building strategies
  • Review of real-world clinical outcomes and lessons learned

Kelsey is a neurologic physical therapist, entrepreneur, and educator passionate about reimagining how neurological rehabilitation is delivered. A graduate of Duquesne University, she completed dual degrees in Biology and Health Sciences before earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016.

While working across inpatient and outpatient settings, Kelsey discovered that the most meaningful outcomes for the neurologic population came from individualized treatment and real-world, home-based practice. This realization led her to launch NeuroAxis Rehabilitation Services in 2021—now a 22+ member interdisciplinary team providing mobile outpatient neurological care built around patient goals, environment, and lived experience.

Kelsey also serves as an adjunct professor in Duquesne University’s Physical Therapy Program, where she enjoys mentoring future clinicians and advancing holistic rehabilitation approaches.
