Susan is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience specializing in healthcare billing, prior authorization, and reimbursement. She currently serves as a Senior Prior Authorization Specialist at MicroTransponder, the makers of Vivistim. Throughout her career, Susan has demonstrated expertise in managing accounting and insurance processes. Notably, she has been recognized for her contributions with several awards such as the 2024 Values Award at MicroTransponder. Susan holds a B.A. in English from the University of Minnesota.

The Vivistim® Paired VNS™ System (Vivistim) is intended to be used to stimulate the vagus nerve during rehabilitation therapy to reduce upper extremity motor deficits and improve motor function in chronic ischemic stroke patients with moderate to severe arm impairment.
